How to request a refund

Write to hello@dogemeatpay.info within 14 days of delivery. Include the order number.

What is refunded

A physical item that arrives damaged or not as described is refunded or replaced after a photo. A digital item that was not delivered is refunded. A digital item already delivered, or a blockchain payment already confirmed, is not refunded except where we failed to deliver.

How refunds are paid

Approved card refunds go back to the original card. We do not send a refund to a different name.
